History
Spanish refugee François SABATE acquired the estate in 1969. At this time it consists of 4 hectares and farm buildings. As at the surface increases by buying plots. In 1976, Christian bought the adjacent property which brings the area of 15 ha.
Other acquisitions will field its current surface is 21 ha. Meanwhile Yannick was installed in 2000.
Today, Yannick and Chritian lead the field with two permanent employees Wine From Christian training deals with vines, while Yannick, oenologist, runs the winery and trade it for both.
